After my own serious health challenges and eventually undergoing a kidney transplant, I developed a deep respect for the body's ability to restore strength when the right conditions are present.
Today I work with motivated women living with autoimmune conditions who feel exhausted, struggle with mental clarity, and sometimes feel as though they have lost the strong, capable version of themselves they once knew.
